i was wondering if anybody else was like this...
my dick is 6" erect and decent girth, but when flaccid it is so small it is fucking embarrasing does anyone else have this problem?

what's to be embarrassed about? That's not abnormal.

Flacid penis size is more a matter of temprature than anything. Jump into a pool of cold water and swim around a little while and your dick will be a monolithic one inch long. Walk around on a warm day post-coital and it'll hang almost as long as it was hard. Happens to everyone who's got one. Don't even think about it.

Mine has a tendency to retract into my pelvis, so the cold water thing left me with little more than a foreskin hanging out once.

Its not really a problem more of a differance between people.
And no its not for everyone when they walk around in hot weather it will get bigger.

I know normally its about 2.5-3. Which is pretty small. But it gets to 6.5 when hard. Thats 4 inch differance. When in cold water yea though it does get way smaller. I rember once it was like an inch I got scared for a while.

The post coital is key to that statement that I made. It's a warm day, you've just had sex, you got to the bathroom for a piss and it's hanging there in full glory almost as large as during sex only limp.
