The conditionis called "Torsionated testicles" or just "getting a torsion." My doctor told me about it when i bailed off my bike. It is extremely painful and if not treated, the testicle's blood is cut off and it dies(you lose the testicle).

Good rule of thumb he told me: If it doesn't start to feel a lot better after 30-45 minutes of getting whacked, get to a hospital immediately, the only way to twist them back is surgery, don't try to do it by yourself.
