Re: color pregnacy
Only one sperm impregnates a woman. The woman was impregnated either by the white guy's sperm or the black guy's sperm. Now if the girl is white and she is impregnated by the white guy then both children should be white. If the girl was impregnated by the black guy then both children would be biracial, however the colors of the children could be of varying intensities of darkness. There is no chance that one kid would be white and the other would be biracial.

Re: color pregnacy
In a situation where 2 eggs were released it is possible, though highly unlikely.
Under normal circumstances a single egg only has a 17% (I heard the figure somewhere, if I'm wrong tell me) chance of becoming fertilized. That means that with two eggs there is only a 3% chance of both eggs being fertilized by the same man, a 28% chance of one being fertilized, and a 69% chance of no fertilization.
So there is a 28% chance of one being fertilized by one person, leaving the other unfertilized. Then there is a 14% chance of a second person fertilizing the second egg if it is done before the biochemistry changes in response to the first fertilization.
So acording to my calculations (avaliable upon request) there is nearly a 4% chances of fraternal twins having different fathers in a gang bang situation. Again assuming that there is no conflicting biochemistry to skew the normal odds.
