I happen to know quite a bit about this from a text file i read a while back. While i never tried it myself, ill give you what i know.

Prostate massage works by the following principle. The liquid part of sperm is stored in the prostate, while the other parts are in the testicles. When one ejaculates, muscles around the prostate contracts and the full sperm comes out of the uretha while passing through some tubes in you combining the contents in the testicles and the prostates.
