I was more or less referring to this instance. I fully believe that most people can do most things, that including orgasms through methods one might never normally think of, but for most of those people it would take a lot of reading and working at the techniques and the proper mindset. Simply, most people *won't* get off without lower stimulation, ever, because they're not inclined to do all that.
