How are breast implants put in? I was discussing this with somebody and she said they made a flap around the nipple and just popped em in. Is that true? Can somebody go over how they do it for me?

they do it a bunch of different ways. sometimes they go as far down as the ribs and side them up as to leave no scaring around the actual brest. sometimes they go in right under the tit. as for the flap around the nipple i doubt it. that would have to be a hell of a hole, depending on the size of the silicone bag it could be about the size of a flattened out baseball.

Some time ago I knew a lady who had an implant. The entry slice was near the nipple, right at the edge of the colored area. This made the 'scar' almost invisible.

There are a variety of ways, including going through the nipple area to minimize scarring, going through the armpit, etc etc.. There's also a differece in that you can have them under the muscle in your chest, or over..

I read an interesting article about this quack doc who did implants. One guy, a weight lifter, wanted pec implants, and wound up getting the breast types. He had serious infections from it, and huge scars right under the pectoral muscles. A female who went to this "doctor" could twist her new implants around like gumby toys.

Some docs slice the edge of the areola, insert a small bag and fill them up to the size the client wants(small scar but can make the nipple numb).Some docs go under the breast and place bags in and fill them up(large scar) and now they have a new procedure where they go in thru the belly button and run a tube up to the breast with a small ballon like bag on the end and fill it up.
And you have the choice of under the pectoral muscle or on top of the pectoral muscle.
Also there are MANY side effects that are caused from leakage but supposedly they got that under control.

i seen this one where this chick got implants, and she came back to get them out right? well, one was normal colored when they took it out and the other was all black and sick looking. breast implants are a pretty dumb idea.

the whole idea behind implants is disgusting, unless you had breast cancer and need a prosthetic one. they don't jiggle. it's just sick

For women to receive breast implants they slit an area under the breast, the gellies are inserted and tucked in, jiggled around to get in good formation. Then they stich it back up...usually the place where they cut is un noticiable

some ways i know of inculde:

1. small opening around the nipple, inserting a unfilled implant, filling inside.

2. under the breast flap, sliding the filled implant in.

3. from the naval or other places, leaving almost no evidence. some sort of microsurgery instrument is stuck in to prepare the breast from the inside, then the implant is inflated from within.

those are just some i know, there are many other ways.

Properly done breast implants should look and feel like the real deal.

It is an extremly stupid idea for the average person to get them. I could understand it for women who have had a mastectomy or for those unfortunate few that never develop. For the most part even an A cup can be nice properly taken care of.

I went on a screaming fit over the horror when they started airing tv ads for Botox. A local plastic surgeon started running ads about how great breast implants and face lifts and all that shit is. That is so not right.
