trainspotting

Top Gun
Braveheart
Saving Private Ryan
Schindlers List

I have to admit that most films mentioned are classics and Im sure the Powerpuff movie will recieve several oscar nominations if its new films your after heres a few.
In cinemas:
Harry potter (Entertaining despite the kids screaming though not as good as the first)
Mr Deeds (If you like Adam Sandler youll love it if not its still got a few belly laughs)
James Bond Die another day (Arsuably the best Bond film ever. Really cool cars though)
28 Days later (From the director of Trainsptting Shallow Grave and the Beach its a Zombie film with some bite)
Bowling for Columbine (Michael Moore Political Satire)
Changing Lanes (Affleck shows all the character of an elm tree but Jcakson is great)
Road to Perdidtion (Hanks best chance for an oscar in years)
Wait a few weeks and youll have Lord of the rings 2
Red Dragon (Prequel to Silence of the lambs)
On video
Spiderman (Surprisingly entertaining)
Minority Report (Best Sci Fi of its kind sinc Blade Runner and far exceeds it in parts)
Road Kill (Decent Horror)
Resident Evil (Best video game adaptation)
Way of the Gun (Though not that recent alot havent heard of it Its fucking excellent Written by same gut as Usual suspects)

Full Metal Jacket (again), Taxi Driver, The Killer, Hard Boiled, Platoon, The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, Dirty Harry, and The Road Warrior.
