in any given situation each person involved in the situation has a different set of expectations for the outcome or goal or purpose of the situation. judgement of others occurs when the expectations of two or more people are not aligned and are displaced to an extent. conflicts occur as a result of severe or repeated disalignment of expectations with those around you.

Here's a conflict you can resolve...Why are you against capital letters? If you discover the real reason behind it...you might find that your attitude is in there somewhere. Defiance is a word that comes to mind.....
