Hate crime or not shouldn't have any effect on the punishment for a crime of this nature though.

I think it's fairly obvious they hated the victims. What does it matter why? I don't really see how any crime doesn't involve some degree of hate, or at least indifference. Even "crimes of passion" are really based on hate, jealousy, etc.

within 25 days it will be on like donkey kong. this was told to me by jeb bush's daughter while she was blowing me in rehab. 25 days mark it!!

You don't seem to understand that blacks have EXTRA rights in the USA. That means that white women will always smile and give them what they want, and blame all crimes they do on some young White man, usually in a delayed aggressive way where they can direct their anger in a kosher direction, that is- young White men.

Good job piggarro99, this is very true. Racism could swing both ways. Whether it be whites hating blacks, blacks hating whites (any other races too). I think the band NOFX explains it the best in their song, "Don't Call Me White."

what i wonder is why hasn't this been in national news? Everyone knows about James Byrd being dragged to death, why haven't we heard about a black on white crime involving multiple rape and a quadruple homocide? Doesn't the media bias bother you at all? The suppresion of this story by the media hints at their opinion that this WOULD be considered a hate crime. I would like to see the the reaction of people if this was two white kids doing the same to black people. Interest groups, the media, civil right advocates, and all fucking hell would come down on anyone with the least bit of protest that that could have not been a race crime.
