If you get itchy from doing drugs it can be any part of the body but lots complain of itchy heads. The reasons why vary on the drug but with the likes of heroin or hash it is in part the immune systm at work and the increased blood pressure that this can cause and the reason you feel it in your head is cos of all the tiny blood vessels in your scalp which is why if you cut your head even a small bit there is always lots of blood.
