 UK law relating to information distributed on the net
I was wondering if anyone knows whether a site containing information of the kind similar to that can be found at sites such as Totse (explosives, weapons, hacking etc) that operate out of the US with little trouble under the freedom of information act and clearly presenting their information as for educational purposes could be hosted in the UK or even controlled via the UK while being hosted on a US server legally.
Well does anyone know?
