On porn the best quality for the price would have to be Kazaa. Totally free, and if you have a modem that will handle it you can download full movies of just about anything. But I'm sure most of yall know that already.

For cool stuff, the only thing I've found so far is www.newgrounds.com click on the portal link and check out their flash stuff.
This may require a decent connection to though.
