What should i add my bot so far is warbot he mods #rainbow on irc.slashnet.org i am unsure as to what i can add


does any one know how to write a script that after they get kicked three times it auto bannes your name

what's the point? It's just as easy to ban someone as it is to kick them.

write it exactly as said. thats all I have to say.

yes i am quite aware of that method but i also have a life .... wel part of one and i can not always mod my channel i wish to use this bot to mod the channel that will be used for my site

If you have more than 6 people in your channel you might consider making a channel control bot, but if you have 2 or 3 others... who cares? I have on average 10 to 14 people in #Zok and I rarely see zokbot take any action just because nobody acts up, and when they do then another op will take charge.

yes i know but i shall soon have lot's of people as of when my site is up and more public

i could probably get that for you. i didnt write our channel bot, but the channel regularly has over 1000 people in it, so the bot stays busy. right now it kicks for caps, and certain words, and after 3 kicks it sets a temp ban for 1 minute, then 5 minutes, then an hour. an op has to set perma-bans or any longer than that. ill talk to the guy who is in charge of the bot if youd like to know.

hahahahahaha, i just remembered, it says im from 'truxel' which is the name of our bot. im such a nerd! anyway, ill talk to him tomorrow about that.
