Default Good Hiding Places

Hey i was wondering if anyone could help me with good spots for hiding my weed, porno, pyro shit, etc. Prefferably in my room. I want a spot that wouldnt have me rip open my walls or floors.
In my room, I have a dresser, another dress thats smaller by my bed, a bed, a sterio, couch bed, closet, suitcase, clockradio(i heard you can hide freaking small ammounts of weed in the battery compartment). Thats about it

Anyone?

if your speakers are of a decent size, you could take the cover off and store all kinds of crazy shit in the box behind the actuall speaker

1-5 oz is a very small amount of weed?!

i need to buy bigger baggies.

false bottom? common sense.

2" (or whatever) blocks
1 in each corner, 1 spaced every 5 or so inches (depending on the quality of the wood for your bottom)
wood glue them down.
put it in a somewhat full drawer
i'd put it in the bottom drawer so it's less noticable that its shallower

electrical sockets fit paper, small baggies, ect.

just get a binder, put it in your suitcase, and put the shit in there. the cleaning bitch doesnt go thru your suitcase, does she?

additionaly, you could laminate your porn, three-hole punch it, and put it in the binder so that you could take it in the shower with you.

but that's MY IDEA.

I have a bookcase absolutely filled with books, magazines, albums, and at least a half-dozen binders.

One of the binders is the zip-up type, and it has a zip-up pencil holder inside it. I'd say it holds at least a couple ounces. More if I need it. Not to mention it has folders for porn, artwork, bong designs, etc.

No one in their right mind would look through all those binders. Most are full of miscellaneous doodles, poetry, and things like that. Not that I'm some freaky se7en-ish guy...

alright.. .here's how you make a book into a hiding spot, this works best with encyclopedias, dictionaries, textbooks, etc. Make a solution of 1/3 glue, 2/3 water in a bucket, elmers works fine for this. hold book by the covers and dip all the pages in the glue, shake it around a bit to let the glue soak into the pages. take out of the bucket, and wipe off some of the excess glue.
Get some wax papers and place the book on the paper, remember, the covers should still be fully open at this point. Put wax paper on the topside and throw some phonebooks on them for a few days. When the glue is dried, drill a hole about an inch or so from each corner of the page, then saw a big empty rectangle out of the middle. Glue the back cover to the glued pages, and you have a nice little hiding spot.

if u have a washroom in your room stick your weed in a ziplock bag and put it in the reservoir tank. you might want to use a few baggys to prevent it from getting wet.

when i smoked pot i hid it in the battery compartment of my stereo. also if you give any of it to anyone and its a small amount its best to hide it in a tape jewel case with its cover on and give it to them that way. also if you have a bookcase you could hide stuff behind the books. someone might take a book out but would probably not look in the back.

also i used to hide porn mags in board game boxes under my bed. there is usually a cardboard covering that you can hide things underneath. make sure these are games that are never used though.

i've got this bay window in my room, for anyone that doesnt know what that is it is a window that sticks out of the house like this
|
|house

inside | <-- window outside

thats my nice little drawing, well mine has about 2 1/2 feet of clearance off of the floor in my room and is about 5 feet wide, so what I did was I lifted up the carpet on the window (the elevated part), cut a small hole through the bottom, and removed the insulation and put a cover over the hole and I now have a nice, large, non-suspicious place in my room to hide things. I hope that description made since, cause it works great.

I use to use this one, take out the bottom drawer, check if there's a cavity below it. If so great, no one usually pulls the drawer completely out to see what's under it. Also the false bottom idea in a cupboard works well if you have the ingenuity to pull it off.

magic markers... no not the ones they've are actually marketed as stash containers but the ones ya use when you're doodling. and if ya take the insides out and just shorten em... you can still use your marker for while.

i used to just tape the bags to the back of my headboard... just tape em flat and use tape that won't rip a whole in your plastic.

i've transported various items in containers such as cereal boxes, etc. and then sacked them like groceries.

just lil stupid stuff like that.

main thing is.... if you're thinking of hiding it there... someone else has probably thought it too.... hell i carry my personal stuff in a small fuse box... put it in my toolbox.

I always loved these improv threads. Storing very small items (or easily malliable ones, such as drugs) there are a multitude of options.

Anything with a reasonably thick solid wood element such asdrawer faceplates, desk surfaces, doors (very good), and so on can be drilled along the edge to create a narrow little hollow. You can stash whatever you want in here and plug it up with a cork or whatever strikes your fancy.

If you have a dresser with big gaudy wooden knobs you can do the same sort of thing. Metal doorknobs are almost always hollow and can be filled with whatever you like right off the bat.

Desks with wide beveled edges present lots of places for modification. A good trick is to build a small teacher's mailbox sort of arrangement underneath your desk, built such that it is flush with the bevel. You can have a small friction fit piece of wood on the end to keep your things from falling out.

Hollowed out pens and markers work very well, as do other small and normally sealed items - Batteries, lightbulbs, empty aerosol cans, and whatnot. I know someone who keeps a considerable stash inside a slightly modified aluminum baseball bat.

When I was a wee lad and had all manner of illogical restrictions imposed on me by my mother I kept a small weapons stash inside my computer. I fitted the side panel with a quick release mechanism and built a set of pouches onto the inside of it. I also had a small coathanger wire rig to hold my pellet gun horizontally. On a whim and under the influence of complete and total boredom I drilled a .22 inch hole in the metal back of the computer that lined up with the muzzle of the gun perfectly. The gun was held sideways between the expansion slots and processor assembly, and could be fired while it was still in the computer by reaching in through an empty drive bay (after removing the cover, of course).

Now that was pointless.

Well, you could shoot yourself in the foot I guess, depending on where your box was. but the cool think is, if you have one of those Dell Inspiron 8100 or 8200 laptops, you can use the weight saver and hide stuff in the holes in it.
