The ultimate (and cruel and unusual) punishment today is the court system itself and not the result thereof. Whe itt takes 4 months to try someone, yes the right to a quick and speedy trial has been dissolved.

When the governmetn is violating basic human rights in lieu of keeping corrupted corporations up and going across the seas while plunging the stock market into the depths of the deficit void, yes there is something wrong.

Is it all planned from teh beginning to drive the US into a corporate oligarchy rulled by a Military Industrial Complex, more than likely.

Or is a Satanic plot of world domination headed by the Skull and Bones Society? Why not?

Is the court system totally corrupted to the point where a full overhaul that will probably bring forth a New World Court Order (or is that seopena) forth-------Welcome to the BS of A.

Seriously, when going through the system becomes the punishment, we know the courts need an overhaul.

How long does it have to take, if the courts are backed up then maybe they need more judges. If ther is a shortage of lawyers, then maybe they need to bring more in from other cities and states.

Ther eare alot of solutions that are being overlooked here, why?
