Let's hope your Tagali is better than your English. As far as the "weed", well Mr. Yankee, if you are not careful (or don't have enought money for bribes) you may spend most of your High School years in a Filipino jail. I hope this is "nice" enough for you and if not too bad. You my friend are in for an interesting time. Things that you feel an intense attachment to are best left at home. By the way, Filipino San Miguel doesn't taste anything like Spanish San Miguel. One last thing, formaldihide is an acquired taste...you'll know what I mean after you've been there a while. Nox

Re: moving to philipines
Those pinos tend to like the taste of human flesh, at least their "uncivilized" ones. They drive around in school buses painted like an acid trip. They are funny looking, can be arrogant. Often they boast about what disgusting foods they are able to eat, like chicken's feet. I'm not kidding because I went to school with some here in Flori-duh. Pinos are considered the lowest of the low in Asia among asians. BUT, maybe thats better than a California school, wouldn't suprise me a damn bit! If it means no niggers and mexicans, then its one of those Jeopardy Championship Final Round type questions. Quantum mechanics maybe.
Seriously, you should ask "Maguire" at http://www.FAEM.com if it's a good idea to do schooling there, he is a former base commander for some branch of the US military, and he seems to know about that area. He has never refused to answer a single one of my questions, no matter how off the wall, and he cares for White youth a great deal.

Not true. The Laotians have the misfortune of that "honor" which is too bad for them (the Laotians). Nox

Re: moving to philipines
SaturnRocket, is there anywhere you DON'T plug your faem website?
Oh and, conserning the Philippines, I was writing a report on what I heard on the current sitution from International Solidarity who reciently visited the country and experienced some of the troubles first-hand, but then I just got too lazy and dropped the project. I might do it sometimes later though. But from what I learned, they said that schools are terribly overcrowded and in disastrous conditions, although i'm guessing that you're probably going to some fancy school, so this wouldn't be a problem. Second, they also complained that during the off-season, the fruits are extremly expensive even by Western standards. So unless you're willing to spend some 15$ per pound, you'd have to live without it for quite a while. And third, whatever you do, don't venture to the south, especialy to the island of Basila. That area is very militarised. Over 10 000 of soldiers under American leadership grouped there under the pretext of looking for some terrorist organisation. You better not fuck with these guys.
Other than that, have a pleasent voyage. The beaches are great and you'll have loads of fun bathing in the sun.

Re: moving to philipines
I'm not certain. It could be just a pronounciation thing. I've heard the language called Tagalese in Manila before, but it could have been just another drunk.
