It depends on how many points you already have. 4 points might put you over the limit... But if you have a previously clean record, you'll be fine...

It also depends on how old you are, if your under 18 u only get 6 points, which would out you at 2 if this is your first arrest. If your over 18(which i doubt), you start with 12 points, and 4 shouldnt mean anything.

depends where too. Ive gotten tickets for over 25 over and im 17 right now. I still have my license. I think it might depend on the state.

i am actually 18 right now. but i was just wondering, i've been getting letters from lawyers saying that i need them to represent me in court, but that's just bull for right now.
