&TOTSE the dial-up BBS went on-line in the spring of 1989 running on an 8MHz PC XT (8086) using MS-DOS 3.3, DMG BBS software, and a single 2400 baud modem.
It grew over the years into a network of PC's, multiple dial-up lines, various software packages, and lots of batch files.
totse.com went live in late 1997 running on Apache/Solaris, later moving to Apache/Perl/Linux.
The dial-up system took its last call in the Spring of 1998, a few days after its 9th birthday.
I installed the page counter on 3/13/98.

Lmao the first time i came to totse was in july of 96 and i was on the dial up it wasent the preetyst thing but it supplied the info and thats all i needed then i got arrested and i didnt get back on till like about a moth no like 3 months after it came up and i had my old name people used to know by and you may have heard it before it eass Exodus......... Haha just kidding it was JACK THA RIPPER but i decide to change it to this and i have yet to remane famous lol but that dial up dam wass it good root u should start that up sometime id like to see again
