Well yet another post for a new forum, sorry, Boris had they same idea but didnt follow through so i did.

Pyro Tech would make a great forum and would complement Backyard Balistics, wich is only sopused to deal with projectlies and stuff of that sort, not really pyro.

I read about this pryomaniac who was using some kind of solution that made his fires burn as hot as 4000 degrees f. I want to know who has this information and if they could post the recipe.

Ok it might not be quit 4000 degrees but thermite will bur hot enought to melt thru an engine block the street and keep going. Its made of iroin oxide and aluminum power and is ignited by buring magnesium.

This forum already sound like it could have some major potental.

Its called bad ideas. Also T&T covers a large area aside from computers, it covers most all tech fields thus pyrotech.

Bad idea is the forum of kewls, the are the people who do stupid shit from the crapbook and blow off their hands and, pyro must be discused by peopl who know what they are saying unlike you.

yeah its thermite. thermite HAS been measured to burn at those temperatures, and beyond.

I think it would be a good idea, because backyad ballistics is kindof functioning as a double forum currently

Actually Plasma Thermite is a sutible soulition that would burn in 3 minutes through just about well actually anything.
But the down side the US goverment is allowed to posses it a licendes labs not even i can get it allthough that hasent stopped me yet im still trying to get the mixture base from a freind at texas A&M but when i get it ill be sure to give it too qulified persons that wont blow off there head ! And besides what are you wanting to do??? i may be able to come up with another souliot to your problem or you just want it for shits and giggles?

If you want thermite, just make it. 3/4 Iron (III) oxide aka. red rust and 1/4 aluminum by weight.

Get it from a ceremics shop, it's used in making glazes. This is much more pure, and is finly powdered for the best burn.

You do not need a new forum for this kind of information.
