i think that we should look to the geographical profile of russia to see what actually beat the german armies surely.

For someone who said I was unintelligent, your facts are certainly skewed towards your belief system and shaped by rhetoric. The germans would have coasted accross Russia and then unimpeded sailed right into the us accross the bering strait? One of the major reasons the germans turned back was because of the weather. They were unprepared for the harsh cold, which affected not only the men, but their equipment. Even against a weakened army, they could not have covered much distance north towards the bering sea. And if they could, not very quickly or efficiently. I think YOU are the one who should pay attention to the facts, and then you just might sound intelligent.

It's hardly a flight of fancy to see germany overwhelming russia, industrializing it, and moving across the bering. I'm not trying to suggest that it would all have happened in one swift motion, but the simple fact is that the energy Hitler wasted on russia due to stalin's rapid industrialization of the country was a vital component of his defeat. And if Hitler had taken russia, his power would have increased at least two fold, not to mention the easy access that it would have afforded him to the north american continent...

I know im gonna get ripped out for this, but o well. I would say hitler actually was a good leader (or propagandist or whatever) . Because anybody who can convince so many poeple to hate one religion/race is a pretty good leader.
