i dont have a absolut favorite because they are all kick ass.Clerks was really good and also the original so it goes up there on my list. Then it would have to be MallRats cause that movie is sweet i mean the title it's self just makes it one of the best.Then the next would be strike back cause a complete movie about jay and bob is quite awesome then the most excellent i guess would have to be dogma cause its got everything a great story and plot great actors(jason mewes ,jason lee)good comedy relief.Chasing amy had a really good story but it just didnt have good comedy relief and jay and silent bob were kinda dark in that movie i mean to muuch black.jays yellow jacket kicks ass man so my list from best to not as great

1. Chasing Amy:
My second favorite film of all time, just under American Beauty. This was an awesome film. (and you are gay Banky 'spelling?').

2. Clerks:
The independent look of this first one was great. I love the movie rental guy and his assface attitude. ^_^

3. Dogma:
Very funny, coming close to being number 2 on the list. Silent Bob (Kevin Smith) says only two things in this one. "No ticket" and "Thanks."

4. Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back:
This kinda sucked. It was good and all, but the others were all much better. I do like how they relive at least one peice of each of the previous movies.

everything but the chasing amy makes sense i agree totally about strike back and i agree with what you said about dogma and clerks but dogma is #3 c'mon you know that clerks and dogma need to flip.clerks was great and everything but dogma's got it beat at least thats what i think.its like first when kevin smith did clerks he had his entire life to come up with everything about it.he probly first thought of the concept many years before he actually made it so in that time he had chances to add an take out stuff that would be in it.then it came out and people wanted more so he was then pushed to use another idea and didnt have time to really put that really good story together. basically sloppy seconds..... well then after mallrats and after all the crummy reviews it got(i thought it was the most awesome movie when i first saw it)mallrats had ALOT of humor and a really patchy story so...he went to work determined not to fail again and came up with chasing amy. which had a very very good story but in getting a much better story ALOT of humor was dropped(jay and S.bob where really dark in that movie)well chasing amy turned out to be a suscess and the people wanted more so kevin came up and made dogma this time he had it.he managed to put a good story with good humor and it was most excellent.then of coarse at the height of his career he decided to retire and with his skills that he had aquired he did his final jay and silent bob(at least for a while)film jay and silent bob stike.and some time in the future i hear that he's making a movie called jersey girl and its staring j.lo.
