ok i downloaded some movies off the net and when i open them up the first time the played good but then i got an error from another program i was running so i shut down and then restarted then i opened up the movie and tryed playing it again but it shows the video but the sound is all distorted you can barly make out voices

Any advice ?

Make sure you download 705mb and above, those are good quality.

it says Bitrate: 358Kbit

and the player i use is: GDiVX Player

I would suggest getting DivX codex for yourself, lucky im feeling ok and i found the site for you.

Enjoy, these kick ass. If you don't have them, they are required for ALL high reselution videos, you know how windows media player sometimes goes to its damn web site and tries to DL shit and it never works? Well this is what its looking for and could never find, microsoft is just to lazy to make something equivelint to this.
