 ISP HELP!
I need a new isp quick, but can't find a decent one that doesn't charge more than $20 a month and doesn't spy on me and doesn't eat up my screen with ads.
Any sugestions would be apprciated. I am not too rigid on the ad thing.

consumer reports did a nice article on isps. or you could just use the default dialup connection and pay for the cost of the long distance call to whatever site you goto... (does that still work?)
