favorite/obscure words and meanings
---==== FLOCCINAUCINIHILIPILIFICATION===---
They don't get much better than that.it's definately one of my favorites.
without looking for the definition, what do you all think it means? this can be like an online game of "balderdash". if you have an obscure or funny favorite word, post it here so we can try to guess what it means.

Re: favorite/obscure words and meanings
I hate when a company (or anyone else for that matter) completely ruins a word. ie: the words 'tang' and 'acme'.

Re: favorite/obscure words and meanings
Do chemical name qualify for this thread?
There is a solvent called: -
Diethyleneglycomonomethylether
Or maybe ecstasy: - 3,4 Methylenedioxymethampthetamine.
I have always thought of "RHYTHM" as being a interesing word as it's the longest word with no vowels. :-D

Re: favorite/obscure words and meanings
Mysterious enigma?
isn't that sort of like "mysterious mysterious thing"?
don't be redundant.
(enigma is a cool word though)
