I don't live in Canada, but I assume that online shops work there as in every where. So if you can't buy something from your country, that doesn't mean you can't get it. And there's always pharmasies, stores for farmers (those sell chemicals you wouldn't believe), and stores for theatres that need pyrotech. Those really don't ask who you are, if you know what you're needing. And of course there isn't ready made car bombs either, but ALAS, still those appear.

If I can get chemicals here, in the middle of nowhere, in the country that never really get over Soviet Union and it's control, then anybody can.
