I know i'm being an annoying twat but here goes.

Hitler wanted the might of the (by that point not so great) great British empire. He already had what he considered unpure soldiers fighting in the SS divisions that he had created due to fighting Russia and considered the brits some of the closest allies he could have and also as a rich source with which to bolster his SS divisions and therefore complete his master plan.
