Re: Check it.
Great so now we are all going to get implanted chips so our government knows were we are and what we are doing at all times. It is in the interests of security though so I guess it is all right.
Fuck that I'd rather have my freedom and risk getting ki8lled by terrorists.
Maybeethe US government could impose on other coutries less and save money AND not have to worry about the citizens they are trying to protect getting killed for their transgressions.

Re: Check it.
I understand the fear of this. but if its voluntary then i would consider it. But putting this in every child at birth reeks of orwells "1984".
Lets not ban its use but lets control it if possible. Only problem is if its on a voluntaty basis then only those who volunteer will be promoted to higher positions for the Government. Those who say it violates their civil rights will be rejected level positions. those rejections can lead to lawsuits and the Government wont allow this so as far as I see it is pretty much going to never pass. Maybe certain private groups or business members may use it for security. but as far as using it for the Average Business man i dont think it will ever fly.
but you have to admit its pretty cool!

Bullshit. What are the risk factors for putting an ELECTRONIC PEICE OF EQUIPMENT into your skin anyways? They say none but i do not buy it.

Re: Check it.
If it gets built, it's going to be misused. We may not find out how, but it's going to happen. That article's going into my "Why I'm Leaving the Country" scrapbook.
