For those wondering... there's doesn't apear to be a copy of that file on the net. I did have a good hard look (with more then just google).

Challenge: Some one find it. He doesn't need it as its outdated anyway... but... its not on the itnernet ? wow.. (anyone putting a copy on the web so they can find it is disqualified ! [Duh])
