Default no PRIVACY when it comes to voicemail

a friend of mine that works in employment law told me that it is not illegal or unethical for a customer to transfer a voicemail from you to another person in his office and that person to play it to your boss.

be wary I guess, voicemail is just a recording that can be played back at a later date. telephone and in person conversations, though, are protected by state and federal laws.
