My understanding is Australia and Tazmania both have the kind of Criminal problems that america have. then i was reading that its because of the high usage of Meth like we have here in America. The girl had died some years later. I really wont preach about drug abuse. I have done my share in my teen years. but I will say that Meth is the most fucked up ass drug of all. I almost want to say its worst then heroin and crack but they are all bad in my opinion. So this may explain Nihils off the wall behavior.
