from what ive heard the most common way you can get aids is by:

1) not wearing a rubber when having sex with unknown or even known partners
2) used needles used for drugs/vaccinations etc.

so lets see, a person who practises safe sex and doesnt do heroin will probably be aids free

unprotected sex, or when the condom breaks, or exchange of any bodily fluids, Blood transfusions (granted, much rarer nowadays), or gets it passed to them at birth, or has to share needles because this godamn government has a thing about killing junkies etc.. etc..

any health problem could be viewed at some point as someones "fault".

heart disease is only rarely not related to poor eating and exercise regimens, cancer is oft related to use or voluntary exposure to carcinogens, and so on and so forth.

nobody "deserves" to have aids, just like nobody "deserves" to be shot. or infected with cancer, or have to watch their loved ones die. But it happens anyway. Give me a fucking break dude, Heroin is not your first drug of choice...unless you wanted it to! You could try and re-wire your addiction if you expose your brain to a few doses of MDMA. But then again, if you wanted to continue your opiate addiction you could try hydrocodone, oxycodone, or even codeine.

Heroin is easier to get. And has the best high.

I went for heroin when it started getting hard to get morphine. It's what people do.
