Default Fear of sleeping.

Last night it was really fucking hot. the first real hot night of the year. i went outside at 2 am and it must have been still in the 70s. Thats not the hottest it gets around here but i havnt aclimated yet to the temps since it was piss cold and raining just a few weeks ago.

anyways my point is this. I often find when its warm i get convulsions and cant wake up. im aware of it but i cant do anything about it. its what i believe is refered to as "Wake Sleep State" or more commonly known as "Sleep Paralisis".

i have seen other posts on here about it. but for me it only happenes i notice when the weather is hot. I also feel like i was really dehydrated. My throat was so dry when i finally woke up that i felt like i was choking. Now i feel like i have the shakes (Which i believe is a side effect of dehydration)

have any of you experienced this?

i am not a doctor, but instead of buy'n pot this week end, go and buy a fan,

and your body will slowerly adjust to the rising temps any ways, its just because it is sudden i guess.

and i suffer from a sleep thing too, from heavy weight training all the oxygen gets trapped in the muscles so i end up waking up with this big joult!!! you know like when you leg goes off by it self,

so what ever this is really tust me it cant be that bad, try some cool cold beverages before bed, and start with the fan,
also have a cold shower before bed, it works even if it is really cold it will do the job trust me.

My experience has been that a combination of things heat, dehydration among them have led to the instances of sleep paralysis I've had.
However when I really tried to isolate the final factor it seems that at least for me, having consumed and subsequently experienced the effects of anything extremely sweet, like pastries or ice cream and the resultant sugar rush, followed by nomoresugarrush letdown when this is paired with caffeine , like one lg 7-11 coffee 8amaretto creamers, french moacha flavor coffee, 4 1/2 & 1/2 creamers and about 4 tablespoons of sugar along with just enough ice so that it can be drank immediately and pretty much all at once....
I had the initial suspicion, took note the second and made the third my last! I never ever drink cofee anymore, I think it's the backlash from an unexpected up(sug or cafff or both) that opens the door for that oh so unwelcome body down, brain still awake shit!
