I was allways thinkin' the United States did that, ya know? biotech and recession...but, I dunno..

Actualy, the american government started the foot and mouth outbreak as a warning to britain to stop disagreeing with american policy towards israel. The virus was imported from the middle east on a pig, which was then left hidden for 2 weeks before it was discovered (the incubation period) And at the same time as britain backed off, and stoped disagreeing with americas foregn policy foot and mouth has suddenly been controled.

I wonder if it is a after effect of Chranobal(sp??? its the nuclear plant that went bomb). Maybe the Mad Cow is also cause by it?

Nah, Mad Cow and foot-and-mouth deseise have existed way before Chernobyl. It's just the industrial-like exploitation of animals who weren't designed to be under so much strain.
