Ugh.. how bad a thing did you do? Little enough so you get minimum security, or bad enough to get somebody to.. well.. let's not go there..

36 month sentence or 36 months if you get paroled?

In Wi there is a new law called "truth in sentencing", that means if I get sentenced to 36 months, I do ALL 36 months, Parole in this state is a thing of the past. Legislature is thinking about repealing it, but with my infinite luck, it is of course going to be repealed the week after i get sent away. This is what i have heard is going to happen to me, Right away I get sent to the Proccessing Facility (sounds like fun), I can be in there from 30 days to 9 months, it is 23 hr lockdown. After that I can be shipped out of state, since Wi is the Number one state for exporting prisoners, most likely to OK, TX, or TN. If I am lucky and stay in state, i will be put in a medium security Institution. But with my luck, all the rapists, child molestors, and burglars will get to stay in state so they can visit with thier families, while i get to take the trip to texas thinking of ways on how to avoid getting forced to squel like a pig. By the way this is for a Battery charge that stemmed from an incident where a crack head tried to slash me with a knife, and I pulled my 9mm and pistol whipped him, and in the struggle the the gun discharged while the slide was against his head, and it gave him a cut on his scalp, originally I was charged with attempted homicide, but the Prosicuter was "kind" enough to drop it to Battery. He will not go below three years in a plea agreement for me, although he let a man off not too long ago with 18 months for stabbing TWO business owners and puttting them in the hospital for weeks, the "victim" in my case only got bandaged.

Not sure that trick works anymore.. Most people in prison are suicidal.

deportation, If you flee to libia and convert to islam theres not a chance in hell the'll ever get you. for future reference If you fire on someone attacking you kill them, There is only your side of the story if the other side is dead.

Canada is a pretty posh place to serve time, but you can be stuck there for years waiting to get extredited, and NONE of that time goes towards your final sentance. I like the Islam thing. I wasnt even trying to fire on anyone with the gun, it was total accident that it discharged, I still think the guy pulled the trigger himself. I have been doing alot of research into WI corrections, and pretty much all out of state prisoners get sent to private prisons operated by a large corperation called Corrections Inc., BUT, it is illegal for any private prisons to be operateed IN the state of WI. mmmm... the smell of hypocracy

Naw, try the Cayman Islands or Swizerland if you want a country withought an extradition treaty with the US.
