My neighbor is selling his house. Im scared that the new owner will purchase the house as a rental property. it happens all the time in this neighborhood. the nieghborhood is going to shit. Im not against renters in general. i rented before but these people around here are all crackheads. they let the front lawn die and dont care about keeping the house in good condition. so it brings down property values. im wondering if i should burn the house down before the new neighbors move in

So tell me if youguys have any shitty nieghbors and what it is about them you dont like. I would like to hear your horror stories regardling neighbors from hell.

Well my neighbors are college kids and they throw partys at 3 in the morning every other night and I can't get any sleep and have to get up to go to school.

raverdude56001, insted of lieing in bed getting shitty over them partying go over and join them, they will probly give you some beer and maybe some cones, you might even pick up

I agree, college is a party, have fun, and go to class still drunk. It's more challenging that way anyhow.

sue the owner for property devaluation it happens all the time in Columbus. Upper Arlington has a law that says a neighbor can sue if you so much have a visible crack in your foundation, size is regardless.

College is a party, but what if raver's in 9th grade or something?

i dont think there is such a law in Cali. i mean people have shit piled up in their front yard a few blocks from here. Im glad i dont live on that block. I mean i dont want to be a busy body like some old lady who has no life but i dont want sokme fucking idiots with 12 old cars taking up all the parking on the block with leaking oil all over the fucking place.

That's probbly one of the dumbest laws, the Real. I mean who cares if I don't cut my lawn. If they wnat the grass cut, let them do it themselves. It's my property and nobody should tell me how to maintain it.

actually i'm in the ninth grade...but i hate them and they hate me. and there not very good partys my friends throw better ones.

my neighbors narc on me for making loud explosions at random times. many of them are cool with it, and come over to join me, but then again some call the cops and then im sad

dude, just trash their party. if its so annoying. egg the house. i dont know, do something.

try cutting the power to their house while the party's going on, or *gag* if you must call the cops on them.

I live on a "Zero property line" its a new concept in a state with little space. My neighbors house is joined right on my property line. almost like a condo. I could drill a hole in the wall and drip gasolene in between the drywall and the frame of their house in the middle of the night. and then drop a match in there. But im guessing that would be extreme and illegal. I wonder if the FBI monitor this BBS. im just kidding mr FBI man.

I had a neighbor that liked to drink way too much, and crank his stereo full blast (at 3:00a.m.). So one night the music wasn`t enough, and he decides to get out his 9mm and shoot holes in the walls for something to do....That was a fun night, took the police plus S.W.A.T. six hours to get him out of the house. Got to see the flood lights, teargas, the whole nine yards...Needless to say he isn`t my neighbor anymore....

sorry.. didnt mean to sound snobbish. I just bought a house about a year and a half ago. i rented for a long time trying to save up. Renters dont care.. i know i didnt. I fucking payed for some assholes house who refused to fix shit. so i never watered his lawn either. maybe you shouldn't sell it or rent it out maybe you should keep it as a get away. with all the old grouths planted. you know they just need the rotting decaing dead branches of Alder and river willow to make it the first 20 feet high or so...wouldn't take much to go out to any old existing logging road and get a few bunchles.Even the dead leaves of other trees would do. Feed me eye of newt and bat wings if'n I'm out a line I'll still real you in as a friend in the green. Take me as a chum...Chicken butt!
