sorry for the weird title, but i need to know if the pepper spray i made will hurt somone or make them blind-
it contains
1. hair spray
2. 2 kinds of colone
3. rubbing alcohol
4. viniger
5. lighter fluid
6. dishwasher detergent
7. and then i mixed 3 parts salt, an 1 part pepper in water, and boiled it for 10 minutes, then i took the brown fluid and poured it in (so my pepper spray has NO solid material ALL liquid.)
what do you think, i want to get somone back, but not make them blind.

it should though, but anyway since this is a pepper spray topic, is there any kinds of pepper spray that will make someone temporarily blind and unable to move without them trying to get the krap out of there eyes?

Only if you hit them with a tazer gun or a frying pan afterwards.
