I'm american and I don't like the death penelty. I believe that death is the easy way out. I beleive in casteration (without anesthetic) for rapists and pedophiles. Slow tourture similar to what victims experience, eg. if an arsonist burns someone alive that person should meet the mean end of a soldering iron for a few week. I can gaurentee that there will be no repeat offenders. For small stuff public humiliation is fine eg. cleaning up a dog park with bare hands in front of people. The whole point of imprisionment is to keep criminals from being a danger to everyone else, now wouldn't that be more effective?

Tim said that he is gonna burn the system because of the "Kill Ratio" he killed 187 or so people against his 1 death. He said it wont even be an execution. Because he is going to be put to sleep. He has no reason to live. he has no desire to live. he is getting the easiest way out he knows how. He doesnt even have to kill himself, someone will do his sucide for him. I say chain him to a toilet and make him site buck naked on it for the rest of his life. No TV, No Book, No showers. Just him being tube fed and shitting in a toilet. But thats cruel and unual punishment i guess. Just sounds like it would be a better punishment then being put down like someones pet.

yeah torture is a violation of the 5th human right: the right not to be tortured or treated inhumanely. so i guess they cant do that. oh and human rights apply to all countries, no exceptions.
