AIDS is a virus, which differs from bacteria because it has no nucleous right? So I would like to know what would happen if we gave a virus a nucleus(don't ask me how) and let it adapt to it for a certain period, then quickly eliminate the nucleus with anti-biotics or such. What would happen?

Here is where I show you why you failed your biology classes.

First of all, Aids is not like a bacteria excet it has no neucleus, it's like a virus. It's a stran of potein that like to take over our body's cells like so that it can start churning out more copies of itself, meaning that in a biological term, it's dead.

Second of all, antibiotics are only good for bacterial infections like gangrene. Antibacterial agents don't work againts virusus. That means that you don't take an anti-biotic when you have the flu. You ever heard about those super-bugs that resist anti-biotics? Well they come from morons that use anti-biotics to treat the flu so that bacteria can develop a resistance against them.

The only way to kill virusus is to let the bodies immune system deal with it. Meaning that there are no drugs that help you fight eiter aids or any other virusus. Vaccines are less dangerous versions of the same virus that help prepare your immune system for the real thing. Consither it boot camp for your white blood cells.

It is obvious that most of you do not even have a clear understanding of what viruses and bacteria are and how they opperate. So, a computer analogy:
A bacteria is like your computer, pretty much self sufficent except for needing enegy. DNA/software casing/cell membrane etc.
A virus is like a floppy disc, magnetic disc/DNA and casing/protien shell
To further streatch the analogy, the software goes into the computer and can change the entire way it works, viruses make the cells make more viruses. And how the hell would you fit a hard drive/nucleus into a floppy disc/virus. It can't be done.

My Idea is that there are only a certain number of sites on a cell that can accept a certain virus and if the body were flodded with synthetic viral envelopes that attached to a signifigant number of t cells making thos t cells immune since the virus could not bond to them then those t cell could mark the virus and have it destroyed.

You're thinking of a differnet nucleus.
And this doesn't make sense "the smallest element ever isolated was only seven atoms". It was composed of more than one atom, it's not an element. If you mean 7 particles (protons, neutrons, electrons, etc) Hydrogen only has 2 (one electron one protom) and it's often isolated.

Any ways, some viruses are site specific, I'm not sure if HIV is or not, but viruses that cause the cold and some flu bugs are not. The carry an enzyme that in affect, "drills" a hole in the cell membrane.

AIDS is very site specific. There are two sites (chemicaly, there are varying numbers on each cell) on the white blood cell that it attaches to. It then kills the white blood cells destroying the immune system so that something like the common cold will finih you off.

in the guiness book of world records when taking a pure element and trying to deduce it to exactly one atom, only like 7 atoms could be achieved and proven rather than one without damaging them. like they started off with a chunk of pure element x and got it down to 7 atoms in an attempt to reach one.

One gram of Hydrogen is about 6 times 10 to the power of 24 atoms. In one gram of carbon, the basic building blocks of live, there is about 2 * 10^23 atoms. Their might be a few hundred thousand cells in one gram of living matter meaning that each cell is made with about 10^18 atoms.

i think the best way toget rid of AIDS is to wait for the full devlopment of nanotechnology. i read somewhere that it is in it's infancy right now, as in undeveloped.
