okay its been about to months since i havent been on this site,i see alot of new screen names already,well i didnt get locked up or anything i barley got a court paper about a week ago, for my crime i commited on november 23rd,if you been a recent totse user,you would know what im talking about,its was for the box trick(get a cheap $10 toy box,fill it with goodies worth about $200 or more,and pay only $10),its works sometimes but you get cought at wal*mart because you dont know who the undercovers are(they are hot sexy chicks in there mid 20's who were jackets or carry purses to hide there walkie talkies,,,so watch out),anyways this wensday will be a sad day,my court day,i hope i dont get locked up agian,im getting charged with 2 counts,1 felony robbery,and petty theft,ive been talking with my lawyler and hes gonna try to keep me out of jail,i got charged felony robbery because it was a planned shoplift,well you guys here at totse,i ask you one thing,"Wish me luck,so i dont get locked up"...and until then...farwell friends

FUCK WAL*MART.........heres the court update,,,i paid the walmart fine of $150,but the $150 is from walmart,not the city fine,and there might even be more fines,but the good news is i didnt get locked up,i have to go back to court March 8th,then if the judge doesnt make a desicion, i have to go back on the 21st of march,court can never be so easy,you always gotta come back like 2 more damm times,probably cause of the fuckin paper work and desicions,and too many people breaking the law,,fuck the system,,,,SHITTT,,,(the court place was fuckin packed,i got there about 8:25am,left about 11:30am,it was like a 2 hour fuckin wait,and traffic is a bitch) my lawyer said i should be charged with a misdemetor,or how ever you spell it,anyways they might give me up to a year probabtion,a one day 6-8 hours anti-theft class,and community service,but i fuckin hate community service,so i hope i dont gotta pay for that shit,and thats about it,maybe more fines,but fuck no,im hoping for the best,well at least im home and feelin good that im not back in jail,ill answer any questions and ill put updates as soon as possible,,,,

Community service isn't that bad. Just keep telling yourself it isn't that bad. Start about two days before your first stint. You might even able to convince yourself. And actualy it isn't so bad, considering the alternative.

LOL, next time take a crossword puzzle with you or something. Better yet buy two papers, then figure out the crossword puzzle or find the answers somewhere and then fill it out. Memorize the answers and spellings and then when you go back to court sit in the fromt and do the crossword puzzle while you are waiting,people, including the judge will think you are smart and no one will care as long as you are quiet while stuff is happening and pay attention as soon as the judge calls your name.

I know it's pretty weak, but just think if everybody decided to steal and cheat like you did or in similar ways. imagine how much cashiers lives would be changed always having to wonder who has what or whom she might irreparable offend by doubting next, imagine that everyone in the line , the store, the bus, the theater, imagine if they were all interested in taking and getting away with as much stuff as possible imagine if your Mother and your friends mothers told you regularly while you were growing up to be a good boy and how bummed they would be when they found out their little boy was one of those abuntadantly commom low life thieves that used the china they stole from your Grandmothers house to play target practice with in the field. Imagine how your grandmother would feel if she was still around to see all this!

Community service is just that, by trying to get over ,like you did , you did a disservice not so much to wal-mart, but to the level of trust we can expect from one another in general. It may seem like you are being persecuted but imagine how everyone would feel if the need for constant "police type supervision" was present everywhere you went to prevent and monitor your flagrant, poorly planned antics!
If there is any kind of excellence in service that the government might want to develop or enhance I think training and employing applicants to act as babysitters for known stupid criminals in training might be a good idea, it would work both by keeping you and others with similar aspirations from getting too confident in your amateur kifing skills, deter you from continuing on and eventually ending up incarcerated and to boot, it would give the rest of the people who just saw them walking around , but always surrounding you, it would give them a good indication as to just how many aspiring (in your face , in your hands,Ha-Ha I got away so how do you like me now?".people there are out there for them to be weary of trusting not, in general and unsupervised, muchless welcoming them into their own homes.

Everyone, in that store when you did what you did who intended to and actually did pay for what they left with would have good reason to doubt you. The quality of life is a concept to some ,a major pain in the ass.,for others
it is what they really try actively to improve ofr them selves.

When you do something wrong and are careless enough to be caught red handed it is fortunate for you that you don't't live in an area of the world where they cut peoples fingers off for stuff like that.

Ask your lawyer straight up what the worse case scenario is and discuss possible alternative means of incarceration, like elec. monitor and such. If he already knows the oputcome at least he should genuinely help you on the penalty part it.

if worse comes to worse, and you get thrown in jail, and while in jail you kill a guy and have to be tried for murder and get convicted and then get the death panalty, then just follow this advise:

If I was being executed by injection, I'd clean up my cell real neat. Then, when they came to get me, I'd say, "Injection? I thought you said `inspection'." They'd probably feel real bad, and maybe I could get out of it.

Today is March 21st,i went to court for the 3rd time,i have to go back on April 12th,god all this just for organized shoplifting,petty theft,dammit,well i saw 2 of the wal-mart undercovers and gave each other dirty looks,so heres what happened,i was charged with a felony,i got up to 3 years probation/custody,and my lawyer said theres about 2 fines that are about $100 each.so all in all fines total to $350 all together,i havent met with my probation officer,but April 12th when i go back they might give me more shit like community service or some crap,,........PEOPLE DO NOT SHOPLIFT UNLESS YOU ARE GUARANTEED YOU WILL NOT GET COUGHT,BECAUSE IT IS WELL NOT WORTH IT WHEN GETTING COUGHT,YOU PAY LOTS OF FINES,WAIT HOURS FOR COURT AND DEAL WITH TOO MUCH PAPER WORK AND QUESTIONING,YOU KNOW I THINK I FINALLY LEARNED MY LESSON,,,,,,i would type more but right now i dont got the time,so maybe soon ill come back here and write more about what happens to you when you get cought stealing from wal*mart.....until then,take it easy,im out of here

Its only a felony if its more than a certain dollar amount at which point it becomes grand larceny. Unfortunately the last statistic I heard was that dollar amount is roughly 200 dollars, However that statistic was from my buisiness law book that was published in the early 90's or late 80's. Most people lose their jobs over this. Its a catch 22. You have to find an employer who will hire an "ex Con" to keep your job. The only problem is most employers take advantage of this and not pay you what you are worth which means you might be tempted to return to the life of crime.

Like I said , you will never be able to be certain about the validity of anothers impression about any given incident or topic, but you can be certain of what you think, cause you're the one thinking it and so with the respect that that enables, you can trust your good judgement to provide you with basically sound instincts and impressions to help contend with life and it's events.

In case you were interested in a couple of other ones(realizations) I am compelled to add the one about how when the day comes that you realize how very little anything revolves around or considers you important

I was pretty pissed off cause I felt like I'd wasted a whole year of being younger. I've decided just to look at it like I've got a chance to be this age all over again, uh huh! that's the ticket! I only wish I'd been more appreciateive of the years between 20 and 30, oh well I had

I fucking dont get this mentality of younger people today.

We live longer today then we did 30-40 years and yet you have to be very young to succeed in society today.

back in the 50s and 60s and even 70s you could be a 50 or 60 year old rockstar and still be mainstream. now if you past puberty you're over the fucking hill.

they used to consider 30-35 year olds young in the work force back in the days. a 35 year old vice president would be considered very young. he would have to call people who were in the 50-60s "sir" and would most likely becalled "son" by his seniors.

Why is it we live 10-20 years longer now and yet people are ask to retire by the age of 45-50. i heard once you are past the age of 40 its very difficult to find work unless you are a doctor or a technician of some sort.

You think 30-35 years is over the hill? shit its just around the corner for all you late teens and early 20 year olds. you might as well kill yourself if "growing Old" bothers you.
