Your theory is not possible. It is a case of genetics, of the dominant and recessive factors. Black skin is obviously the dominant, and white the recessive. So even if two black people concieve - I'm talking billions of years from now - they could still have a white child, if both parents have that recessive gene. The gene is just, shall we say, dormant, until it happens. I doubt it will become extinct, as such. There's still 11% chance the baby will be white.
