Lokil.. people were laughing back in the early 90s in Sacramento when it was first introduced. They knew it was a bandaid for a cancerous sore.

But i still have to ask if PG&E and encron or whatever the fuck their name is is using this as an excuse to make more profit. PG&E filed bankrupscy (Chapter 11) and they basically told all the people that once made money from PG&E by installing windmill generators or solar power generators that they couldnt pay them and wont be paying them now they filed for a BK.

I think thats fucking so shitty.. here you have the PG&E charging your ass off for electricity and if you fall short in payments they will come to your house and shut you down.. but when PG&E cant pay the bill its Hahhaah Astalavista BABY!

And what i really dont understand is this. You install a solar power generator to make your own power you are still forced by law to go online (On the grid) and what energy you dont use will be diverted to your nieghbors home. the average person gets like 100 dollars a month for producing electricity but you still have to use 5% of the grids electricity so you still get a basic electricity bill for like 30 bucks a month. Sure thats cheaper and all but you are still forced to pay PG&E even when you are self efficiant.

Why not just let me buy a solar generator with 6 batterys to feed all my applience and leave me the fuck alone?
