Over the past 6 weeks (summer holidays) I've only spoken to 3 people outside of chatrooms and band practice. One of these conversations was pretty much "did you get the English homework? me: No. her: okay, I'll send you it, bye".
Thing is, I thought I finally had decent friends.
Has anyone else had sudden disappointing epiphanies about their failings as a human being,or advice?

Does it upset you personally or are you upset because you don't conform to society's social standards?

It upsets me personally. I would like some form of social interaction, and without it I've been getting by on a nice combination of prescription meds, self harm and sleeping through 2/3s of the day.
Before anyone makes the obvious comment about how this is probably to blame, the self harm has been hidden for 5 years and the drug abuse only started after 3 weeks of isolation.

Go for a swim at a beach. You don't have to talk to anyone, but at least you are going outside. Do gardening, work, shopping as well.

People may not directly avoid you because of the drug use or self harm but I can assure you that they are partly to blame

I was actually excluding family in that. The others were a guy who wants to fuck me and the girl who works at Wendy's. I tried going outside, but heatstroke and passing out is bad.

I can relate with you, my social life is non existent.
Now normally I'd be really sad about life but Antidepressants make it so I don't have any feelings at all.

That’s wack i think you should come to Canada and live in my area only in the summer thou I have a feeling you would hate winter. Anyways come here and meet dumb people that’s the only reason I suggest you come to Canada it’s full of dumb people that are easy so socialize with. With you can literally just practice meeting new people all day and there dumb as fuck so if you messed up on drugs they won’t even be able to tell.

When I first started posting on totes I was on wack little mother fucker I had about 3 friends and rarely went outside in the day time. Then after awhile of posting on totes and such I realized that I wanted to also talk to people irl not just on the comp.

Bullshit, there's no real difference between them. The internet is way better for socializing, people tend to say whatever the hell they want, unlike IRL.

I then got a couple of friends and i now have a nice group of friends, but i'm finding time for Totse again :)

The way I see it is you need to stay busy. Make up a grid of all the hours in a week on a piece of paper and see how much you can fill up with shit.

Let's see, there are 168 hours in a week. If we let you sleep a good amount, say 9 hours a night, that's 63 hours knocked out right there.

I guess you're not going to school now...but when you do, that'll take up, what? 35 hours in class, assuming you're still in high school? And then even though I know you probably don't do this, homework and studying and shit should take up about another 7 hours a week at least.

A part time job will make you feel better about yourself, allow you to interact at least on a basic level with people, possibly meet people that would become friends outside of work, and give you some of your own money. Realistically, you can work 15-20 hours a week.

48 hours left.

You need time to eat...I'm going to guess about 3 hours a week for that. Exercise never hurt anyone. 30 minutes a day, one day off, 3 hours a week.

42 hours left.

You need a fucking hobby. Learn how to play an instrument or maybe just always have a book to read or...knit something. 4 hours a week, minimum. Oh wait, you mentioned band practice. Well do that or something else.

38 hours left.

You need time to bathe and use the bathroom and shave your vag and all that shit. 6 hours a week.

32 hours left.

You like to post on totse, can't cut that off completely. 14 hours a week.

18 hours left.

So we got about 2.5 hours a day where you are just staring blankly at a wall. Hmm. I guess this is your socializing time. Socializing with family is a start. You could always become a slut, then you'd have friends galore.
