What is a blind man do at at titty bar? They look with their hands, but most places have a no touching rule.

Should a special exception be made for the blind in this scenario? Should the touching with hands be restricted, but the probing with a cane allowed?


Mods: I wasn't sure whether this belonged moreso in one of the Law or Humanities boards, or here in S&A. I figured the S&A crowd could probably provide a more colorful insight on this mater, seeing as people with a sex life seem to have more personality.
