 Dosing GABA sublingually
I just bought some gaba pills I am going to crush them and dose sublingually. Does it compare to benzos? Waste of time or not?

it doesnt cross the BBB. Sorry. It may be used up by the body and broken down into other things that the body can use. But you wont get any direct CNS effects from ingesting gaba. Try phenibut if you want something that crosses the bbb. it is really easy to get dependant on phenibut so be careful.
