Ok, so for the last month and half ive been smoking gear once every few days, usually a 2 - 3 day break between each time and always on a night after I have finished work.

Then I just smoked it 4 days in a row, the last been the early hours this morning and im starting to feel a bit shitty and craving it.

I was just wondering if i would be able to just sleep it off or if I would go into withdrawls?

In which case I have 4 2mg Subutex I got off a friend, as i need to have a straight head for work tommorow.

Well fortunately you seem pretty self-aware, but keep smoking every day and you have absolutely no chance. Honestly, every 3 days is still too much. Once a week is the most you should push it if you truly dont want to be a heroin addict.

Take a 2 week abstinence just to prove to yourself you can.....Otherwise you're already fucked.

well considering how small your habit is and the frequency in which you dose up and your awareness i'd say there is no reason for you to further your problem. there is a point of no return with opiate addiction in which your mind becomes totally adjusted and dependent upon the effects of the drugs and at that point you will feel like you're on the verge of death without the substance as well. mentally its horrible but the physical issues with a serious addiction is absolutely horrible.. trust me im experiencing them as we speak

I say 6 month break. If you have the urge to use again in 6 months, wait a year. Being a junkie is a miserable existence.
