yes the straining is neccesary, unless you WANT to eat thousands of seeds along with your tea.

Simply unscrew the cap on your bottle enough to let liquid out, but not the seeds. Don't unscrew to much or the pressure will force the cap off. Just a small turn. Then place bottle upside down over a cup and squeeze the liquid into a cup for drinking.

I started to strain mine over the bath then the bag ripped and some seeds fell into it.

So i drank it with some seeds in and they stayed at the bottom of the cup. You'd probably have to strain most of them out though because there's loads.

You have the correct amount of poppy seeds, but the rest needs work. I can't visualize 500ml, so I can't vouch for that.

Buy a bottle of white grapefruit juice. Pour it into another container, and drink it constantly while performing this. You wanna drink most of the bottle.

Pour your pound of seeds into the grapefruit juice bottle. Add enough warm (not hot!) water to cover seeds pretty damn well. Then shake the bottle to let the water settle and refill if necessary. I like to toss three or four bags of strongly flavored tea in there too, but thats not a neccessity.

Let brew for at least an hour, preferably two, shaking every ten minutes or so. Your 30min estimate is nowhere near long enough if you want a potent brew.

Wrap a piece of clean t-shirt or sheet tightly around the lid of the bottle, turn upside down over empty coffee pot (or other container), and squeeze bottle. Keep at it until all the liquid is in the coffee pot.

Add three new tea bags, brew for thirty minutes. Add a shitload of sugar, and drink. This method helps it not taste like shit, and the use of the bottle prevents you from getting the damn seeds all over the place (I used to brew it in large plastic cups....horrible messes).

Can anyone give specifics of possibly identifying washed seeds and unwashed seeds? For instance if seeds are blue and white is that a better sign?? Seeing how i will probably trying a new brand from a bulk store.

^ Buy black seeds over grey, and if it has any brown or yellow fleks in them they are even better. If it's your first time then get 500g and yes, bulk is generally better but other stuff can still work. I usually wash them in cold water and usually use about .5 litres per 500g. I also almost always buy cordial because I find is that much easier to take with it. Have it on an empty stomache and I usually try and take it during midday. It have a real lon high; I found with my largest dose to be almost 10 houres and the next two days of feeling fine.

The largest dose I ever took was last night at 1.5 K. I highly recomend against it. I have a small tolerance but I stayed up all night afraid to go asleep. I thought that if I did I would either stop breathing or choke on my own vomit. That being said it was the strongest high I have ever had... so far, and sitting up all night was not half as painful when I was high to the point of nodding.

Just for the record, is it possible to OD on 1.5 k of seeds? Assuming that they didn't turn out to be mega-potent and just normal strength?
