supplements to aid withdrawals?
hello totse.
so i recently quit smoking cigarettes, for like the 3rd time. i always relapse because of the onset of irritablility and depression and, well, you know the drill. Ive decided it might be a good idea to turn to legal (ive also quit pot, opiates, etc) supplements to aid my struggle. I was thinking maybe theanine and chamomile to aid the depression, but i dont know about irritabilibty. Nicotine withdrawal turns me into a crabby asshole, and i hate it.
any advice?
much appreciated.

Re: supplements to aid withdrawals?
either man up and do your thing or gradually ween.
i.e. eliminate one cigarette a day. like your morning cig eliminate, next day eliminate your cig after dinner and etc.
you'll get to the point where a pack will last you a week.
