Default Stories of faking sick as a child.

I started faking sick when I was in kindergarten. I would tell my friends "check this out", and go up to the teacher and manipulate her into letting me call home. I did this 20+ times in kindergarten alone. I did this continuously until about 7th grade when I has my finale. I missed the last half of the year because of my 'depression'. I once again, manipulated my therapist into telling my school that my depression was so severe that I could not go to school. I stayed home and played WoW 16+ hours a day. I eventually started botting in WoW, and set up over 6 computers to bot accounts. I would get them to 60 (max at that time) and sell them for $150+ depending on gear.

I am now normal.

Your turn!

lol i use to hate school so much i did anything to get out pretty much.

i learned that it worked best for me to call my mom at work right before i had school and tell her i how i was feeling(faking of course) and that worked best.

then i abused it way too much doing it 3 days in a row. lol

so i said i missed the bus, god was she pissed.

lol then i actually tried to get sick so i would miss school. i remember i heard if you go to a cold area right afte ryou shower the chances of getting sick were good.

so like sundays i would take lots of showers, then go outside in the mornings and night hoping to get sick.

lol yea i really hated school.

8/10, I applaud you my friend.

I used to try to fake sick like everyday, try shitting blood, faking head aches, stomach aches, fevers, coughing. Now I just drag myself out of bed knowing that no matter what, unless I was dying, I have to go to school. Lol.

Same here. What makes it so common for kids to fake sick at such young age? Is school really that bad?

Also, 8/10 for what?

I would do the same thing. I was fucking pro at getting out of school.

I perfected faking mono. On Saturday I'd mention how I wasn't feeling well, and on Sunday I'd just sleep and fuck around all day. Come Monday I'd pretend to be too sick to go to school and do that for three days or so. Then my mom would make me go to the doctors where I'd say I felt sick and was too tired to go to school. He test me for mono, but the test takes two weeks and he'd tell me not to go to school until the test came back. So like two and a half weeks off school at a time.

Eh it wasn't that school was all that bad it was just that I couldn't be fucked going you know? I just wanted to sleep in and play with legos all day. 8/10 for the lulz provided by the multiple botting and shit.

cold flu.
which i generally had.
just came back.

so sick for a good 4 days
get a dr. certificate, say it's been cleared up i need it for school.

and bam done.

but i don't skip school anymore.
i noticed that if i were to skip school,
i would be discouraged to attend because i would have to catch up on that shit.
then i'd just skip school again
drop out of highschool, and become a bum earning minimum wage.

I remember the first time my kindergarten class found out we could leave school for being sick, half the class was trying to get sent out by acting weird or sick.

Now I just say I have a headache or the shits and I stay home. Don't really do it much though.

In 11th and 12th grade I missed atleast one day a week. It got alot easier to do once I learned how to make myself throw up (never used fingers to do it), but I missed alot of days. Probably started in first grade of school.

I used to do this all the time in elementary school by convincing my mom that I had a bad headache, and then I would just play with my toys all day.

I remember missing a whole month in 4th grade because I convinced my mom to convince the school that I had a really bad case of the stomach flu. I ended up going to the movies and stuff and almost got caught up cause a couple of my classmates saw me. But I ended up getting away with all of that shit and still somehow passed even though I wasn't there for like half of 7th grade.

I don't do that anymore though, I just want to get my education and be done with high school.

Once when I was a kid (probably grade 4-5), I came up with a genius plan, I was gonna develop a "get sick" drink and sell it (and use it) and get rich. Basically I mixed together some of the foulest ingredients I could think of, and put it in an empty coke can.. if I remember correctly it had stuff like, milk, tobasco cause, cheese, toothpaste, salt, pepper, and a few more things, all mixed together. Needless to say the mixture was so foul I wouldnt drink it, so I abandoned my plans.

My "faking sick" was generally limited to stretching out the recovery time after I would actually get sick.. I could milk a cold for an extra day, the flue maybe 2 extra days.. but I had the kind of parents that even if there was a hurricane, they would still make me go to school

Before, I would fake well when sick to go to school so as to get away from family fights and the house. Now that I get really anxious around people, I don't fake ill, I just abuse drugs so as to make myself ill.

Stomach upsets. Tell that to the nurse and you'd be flying home.
I remember I used to get up in the middle of the night and flush the toilet a few times and in the morning, "fuck I was up all night throwing up" haha.

So, if they wake up genuinely feeling ill, you would send them to school? Have to leave for school at around 8am, most GPs aren't open till 9 and then to get an appointment to prove that they have a tummy ache? Considering every doctor I've been to never seems to seek proof of this and just gives drugs, I don't see this working, just costing you money.

Kids are never ill enough to avoid school, send them. They suck it up and enjoy the day.

Just remembered one thing from 11th grade, I was in visual design (a class I thought would be alright but ended up hating until I transferred to music) and I wanted to just go home, so I told the teacher that I was feeling sick and asked if I could go to the office but she said I couldn't, so for the next few 5 minutes I faked having an upset stomach, she still didn't listen. Then I walked up to her desk and said I really needed to go up to the office, she still said no and a few seconds later I made myself throw up all over her desk. Bitch finally sent me up to the office.

Do you flex the back of your throat till that dangling ball gets upset? Cause i do that all the time if i cant throw up on my own (it happens occasionally when certain drugs or nasty foods that upset you come around)

It kind of sounds like your sucking a cock though so i tend to keep the talent to myself

A tummy ache isn't a reason to miss school, so they can go, get sent home by the nurse, and it won't count as a missed day.

Yeah, sorta stick my tounge out a little bit and start squeezing the throat muscles. I actually don't make a sound while doing it, but it usually takes about 2 dry heaves before anything actually comes up. I usually do it after I've been drinking, I fucking hate throwing up when hungover, it's easier to do when fucking drunk than it is when you feel like death.

i faked sick for the good part of a year... just basically complained of stomach issues... i actually did have a stomach illness but not so bad that i couldnt go to school... and when i was much younger i used to sit next to our fireplace in winter time in the mornings and get my "temperature up" so my forehead was boiling hot... my mum tended to gauge my sickness by my temperature

My parents never made me go to school.

I used to just go get high, and for a while I'd make sure I drank enough to get a hangover so I really was, in some way, "sick".

I'm lucky I even got my GED

I never "faked" it until I got into high school...younger grades I usually went and oddly enough would be mad when I would have to miss. But in high school esp senior year as with a lot of people I just didn't care anymore. I would miss a lot just because. I would call/text my dad tell him I needed to go home or w/e and he would call me in. Or I would write notes that were from me but ya know made a fake of my dad signing them so I would get out of school. At the end of senior year I skipped the last 2 or 3 weeks of my allied health school (vocational) but would go to my actual school so I would skip out after my high school and not go to the vocational school.

Yep I just didnt give a fuck I had pretty good grades too..
