Are we to assume from the fact that this hasn't been moved to the correct forum after a full week of being here that Sephiroth has decided this is a source of constructive political debate?
Personally I believe this to be another striking example of Taro Aso and his LDP party ducking out of his funding responsibilities by prostituting out education to private contractors. Disgraceful I say!
