I have a fear of needles. Like, a big fear of needles. Nurses often bring me apple juice, y'know?

For the sake of certain organs, I want to start taking my estrogen via IM injection. What's the general procedure for doing this sort of thing? Also, where can you buy syringes? Can get the estrogen, but the pharmacy does not provide me with needles or syringes.

More importantly, though.. how the fuck can I get over my fear and manage to inject myself with the medication??

I used to be glad I didn't have to inject insulin like some of my diabetic friends, but now I'm thinking that I thought too soon lol.

if what they are giving you is for injection purposes, ask for some... you have a legitimate need for them... if they ask for a prescription or whatever, talk to your doctor...

after a week or two, you will probably be so used to it that it wont bother you...

psshhhh. nurses often bring me ativan and i get blood tests REAL often cause im on lithium and depakote which require frequent blood tests.

i get ativan ON TOP of my daily klonopin every time.

How often are you doing injections? I generally stick to 25g needles for IM (ketamine purposes mainly) but I've used smaller gauged needles for when I was doing steroids with no issues.
